By purchasing any of our products & or services, you are agreeing to the terms below.

Products & Services Return & Refund Policy

Products

MG Tuning accepts returns on product(s) within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with shipping product(s) back to us & assumes all liability if product arrives damaged. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must meet the criteria below.

• Product(s) must be in original, unopened packaging.
• Product(s) must be new & unused.
• Product(s) must arrive to us in cosmetically good condition.

Services

MG Tuning doesn’t offer refunds on any services, including, but not limited to, tuning & PCM unlocks.

Privacy Policy

All offered services, including tune files, are the intellectual property of MG Tuning. Sharing, copying or selling services is prohibited. MG Tuning reserves the right to end services & seek financial compensation via legal action against anyone found non-compliant with our privacy policy.

Limitation Of Liability

• Customer accepts all liability when modifying their vehicle. MG Tuning is not responsible for any mechanical, electrical, cosmetic or structural damage to a customers vehicle or personal injury, regardless of cause.
• Customer accepts all liability while driving their vehicle for data logging purposes. MG Tuning is not responsible for any traffic violations, motor vehicle accidents or personal injury, regardless of cause.
• Customer accepts all liability to ensure their vehicle is emissions compliant per their state & local laws. MG Tuning will not disable any emissions codes or manipulate the on-board computer system in a way that is illegal. 

Legal Disputes

Customer agrees & understands that if any legal dispute arises from the products or services provided, all matters & claims will be governed by the state of Maryland & any claims or litigations shall be filed in Charles County, Maryland.
